It is a partnership of four cooperatives A.S. Veroi in Veria, A.S. Kosmos in Makrohori, A.S. Koulouras in Kouloura and A.S. P. Skylitsi in Paleo Skylitsi Imathia.

Established in 2007. It is participation of four agricultural cooperatives, and it has privately owned facilities, with total surface area of forty thousand square meters, with four modern labs, packing machines and microwave ovens, spaces and properly equipped reception areas. It has a privately owned pesticide shop.
